Pick a flavor from his two favorite recipe books and have a sweet treat on hand for your next special gathering (or put it in the freezer to save for a rainy day). Recipes can be modified to make them dairy-free, or pick a dairy-free sorbet recipe. Please plan to give at least 1-week of notice to allow Peter to prepare your ice creams.
