This year’s festivities will include elements familiar and new as we seek to raise $50,000 toward the 50th year of Outpost Ministries. Enjoy spending time connecting with our staff and supporters, hearing new and powerful testimonies of God’s work in our participants’ lives, and being inspired by our vision for this year and beyond.

- Time: 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
- Menu: Appetizers plus a 3-course meal with your choice of entree (GF and DF options available)
- Location: Minneapolis Marriott West, 9960 Wayzata Blvd
- We are in the banquet hall, just past the reception and front desk area of the hotel. There is parking all around the hotel. We will have signs posted at the two entrances to help you find us.

Event timeline
- 5:40pm: Check-in begins
- 5:50pm: Appetizers and beverages available
- 6:00pm: Silent Auction opens
- 6:20pm: Banquet Hall opens, dinner seating may begin
- 6:35pm: Dinner is served, Silent Auction continues through meal service
- 7:30pm: Auction closes, Program begins
- 8:30pm: Program ends
Other Information
The evening’s program will include a special guest from our talent show last fall, testimonies of what God has been doing over the last year at Outpost, plus a time for all attendees to partner with us financially. Our goal is to raise $50,000 through the auction and additional gifts toward our 50th year of ministry. We have already received $4,000 in gifts toward this goal during the registration process, which is a great place to start from.

We can still use a little help with some tasks before, during, and after the event. If you are interested in jumping in to help set up items in the banquet hall, welcome people to the event, or pack up at the end of the night, visit our volunteer list at signupgenius.com and sign up for your favorite way to help.
One final note: this is a dressy event. There are so few places to dress up for anymore, and we’d love to see you in your “Sunday best”!
